Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how to upgrade and how to manage or cancel your subscription.
Every plan returns the same complete response with every field. Plans differ in how many lookups you can make a day.

Upgrade
Open Billing in the dashboard, choose Monthly or Yearly, and click Get Starter or Get Business. You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page and come back to the dashboard when it's done. Your new limit applies straight away.
For Enterprise, click Contact sales and tell us the volume you need.
Manage your subscription
On a paid plan, click Manage subscription in Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can upgrade or downgrade, update your card, see invoices or cancel.
- Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then moves you back to Free.
- If a payment fails, Billing shows Payment failed. Update your card in the portal to keep your plan.
